Penn Emblem Co., Philadelphia, has named Ernestine Hurtado as its new regional sales/service director for the company’s New Mexico, Texas, Arizona and Utah locations.

Hurtado has 22 years of sales experience, including training and development, management, business-to-business sales and leadership.
